My son just moved into this complex. Fernando was the leasing agent and he was very helpful and professional he answered all of our questions and made it a great experience. The complex is very clean and welcoming. The huge pool is amazing! I highly recommend this community and Fernando as he was great!

I've been living at the falls for almost a year and it's been a great experience! The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they go the extra mile to create a sense of community. Today, they even surprised us with free cake from delicious nothing bunt cake! which was such a sweet treat—literally! The complex is affordable for the area. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a budget-friendly and well-maintained home!

The leasing agents (Haley and Fernando) are super friendly and very quick to assist with any issues I have had come up.
